Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in the gear you choose. If something doesn’t work out, our return and exchange process is simple and outlined below. Return Time frame & Requirements

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, and free of any damage.
  • Customized products such as embroidery, alterations, heatpress, or added emblems cannot be returned unless the item is defective.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or customized in any way (unless there is a manufacturer defect).

How to Send Back a Return

  1. Repack your item(s) securely with all original tags attached.
  2. Include your order number and your contact information inside the package.
  3. Ship returns to:

Return Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not offer prepaid return labels.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges We’re happy to exchange items within 30 days for another size or color, as long as it’s in stock.

  • Customers cover the cost of shipping items back to us.
  • We’ll cover the shipping for the replacement item.
  • If the requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund according to the policy below.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if the original method can’t be used).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is defective, reach out to us before sending it back. We’ll evaluate the issue for possible manufacturer defects (such as zipper issues, seam problems, hardware failures) and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Package Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the customer’s responsibility. Uniform Connection is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to provide tracking details or any documentation needed.

 
Shipping Timeline (General Info)
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping (usually via UPS Ground).
